RealEstate2XL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Firm Foundation Builders. Since 2004, Firm Foundation Builders has been building high-end residential homes, finishing basements and home-additions, installing brand new beautiful roofs, installing and repairing home siding and providing the highest quality painting services. FFBuilders' owners have been real estate investors themselves and quickly realized, after the real estate crash, that there were more great deals out there than they could handle themselves. RealEstate2XL was born at that time. We began by providing turnkey properties to family and friends. Which led to us beginning this website in order to provide excellent investment properties to other investors.

RealEstate2XL specializes in providing a full management service for investors who want a hand's off approach with their income properties.
Once we agree to work with one another, we will identify the best property to help you achieve your investment goal. Once the property has been identified we will work with the agent/bank to facilitate the purchase of the property in a timely manner. We will estimate repairs for you prior to closing to ensure that the property fits your investment strategy. Once you have acquired the property we will utilize our skilled tradesmen to complete the needed repairs on time and on budget. Upon the property's completion we will identify a Section 8 tenant to lease your property from you for between $900 and $1200/month. Once a tenant has been placed, we will turn the property over to you.
